Good Value for Family Travelers

Ivy at the front desk was a star! Arranged our tours and had great restaurant tips that never disappointed us. The breakfast included made-to-order omelets that filled us up nicely before a day of exploring.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still reasonable for what we got.

The staff were incredibly helpful, recommending local eateries and coordinating my airport pickup, which made my stay smooth. Breakfast was a nice touch, especially the fresh phở, but the ambiance in the breakfast room could use some improvement. The location was fantastic, with many attractions just a short walk away, making it easy to see the sights in the city.
